I am a business lawyer in the service of international mobilities and real estate projects on the French Riviera and Monaco Since 2015, I have built a committed and rigorous career as a lawyer at the Paris Bar, specializing in business law, civil law and international business law. I have had the opportunity to accompany, for several years, French and foreign companies in their commercial projects, complex litigation and office move strategies, both in France and internationally. Trained in Parisian legal excellence, I have forged my practice in demanding environments, combining strategic analysis, result culture and global vision. I have worked with recognized business firms, where I have honed my skills in contractual structuring, international negotiations and the management of high-stakes civil and commercial disputes. An assumed shift towards high-end advice in real estate transactions and expatriation Today, with this comprehensive legal experience, I choose to put my expertise at the service of a demanding and international clientele that ones to settle on the French Riviera and in Monaco. This region, a crossroads of economic, fiscal and cultural interests, attracts every year many investors, entrepreneurs and families wishing to establish themselves or develop their activities. My new activity is centred around two major poles:

-Legal advice in real estate transactions: tailor-made support during acquisitions, sales or structuring of residential and commercial real estate projects. -Legal support for the relocation of foreigners and expatriates: advice to individuals, families, business managers and foreign companies wishing to establish themselves in France or Monaco, in compliance with legal frameworks (residence, taxation, company, heritage). A location between Paris, Nice and Monaco: the link between legal rigour and Mediterranean lifestyle

My approach remains that of a Parisian business lawyer, with a strong taste for precision, strategy and confidentiality. But my roots in Nice and my openness to the Mediterranean allow me today to offer a human legal service, adapted and with high added value, at the crossroads of heritage, personal and international issues.
